About Me	My largest accomplishment involved leading my team to the successful development, configuration and fielding of the Army's first prototype (limited supply and warehouse functionality) Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) SAP tool to Fort Irwin, CA. This program meets the ACAT-1D Acquisition Category meaning the dollar value exceeds $365 million dollars. My team consists of 5 Senior Warrant Officers, 2 Non-Commissioned Officer and 12 Department of the Army civilians. I also provide supervision to 13 individuals who are contracted as matrix support to our program and my division the Functional Integrated Concept Team (FICT). This goes hand and hand with my goal to help the Army transform its logistical and operational concepts that will allow the government to do away with antiquated and stovepipe systems that are costly to maintain. I am still leading my team to further develop this prototype that will integrate Supply, Warehouse, Maintenance, Property Book Accountability, and limited Financial capabilities to the Army. After 13 years of active duty in the US Army I am affiliated with the Virginia Army National Guard where I serve as a Contracting Officer for the United States Property Fiscal Office (USPFO). I have numerous military awards, and schools served in Desert Storm/Desert Shield. My highest rank served as a Senior Non-Commissioned Officer is Sergeant First Class (E-7)and current serving as Captain as a contracting Officer. In the Acquisition Corp I am Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) certified Level II as a Program Manager and Level II as a Contracting Officer. My highest personal achievements include induction in the Sergeant Morales Club when stationed in Germany, Induction into the Sergeant Audie Murphy Club when stationed at Fort Hood, Texas.
