About	DOB May 8, 1941 Joan A. Johnstone, nee Geminer, 56, of Barrington, passed away on Oct. 19, 1997, at Northwest Community Hospital in Arlington Heights. She is survived by her mother, Kathryn Foose of Barrington; her loving husband, Russ; her daughters, Robyn Johnstone of Elgin and Suzanne (Mick) DeBartolo of Elk Grove; her grandchildren, Nicholas and Jack; and her brother, Jim Geminer of Algonquin. Born in Oak Park, May 8, 1941, Ms. Johnstone grew up in Downers Grove, attended Downers Grove High School, Class of 1959 and graduated from Rockford College.
