I met Mike our freshman year of high school. He seemed like a very friendly and and a personable guy. I got to know him better as school years passed by. I did not see him all the time but I would stop in his bar that he owned. We also worked at AMOCO oil refinery at the same time until he quit to pursue other interests. I know Mike loved older cars and loved restoring them and was very good at it,. At our 40th class reunion he and I got drunk in the late afternoon just before they were taking the group class picture, He and I were the only two that showed up were wearing a "T" shirt and shorts while every one else had on sport coats and ties or a suit. I will miss stopping in his bar and talking with him.
