Karl M. "Bud" Deubler, Jr., 61, of Collinsville, VA, formerly of Easton, passed away Monday, February 7, 2011, in Roanoke Memorial Hospital, Roanoke, VA. Born: May 2, 1949, in Wilson Borough, PA, he was a son of Charlotte Kramer Deubler, of Bethlehem Township and the late Karl M. Deubler, Sr. Personal: Bud retired in 2009 as director of information services and computer technology from Stanley Furniture, Stanleytown, VA, where he was employed for 35 years. He graduated from Easton High School and Moravian College, where he received a B.S. in mathematics and physics. Bud will be sadly missed by all who knew him. Memberships: He was a member of Smith Memorial United Methodist Church, Collinsville, VA. Survivors: In addition to his mother, Charlotte, he is survived by a brother, David and his wife Brenda, of Bethlehem Township and two nephews, Sean and Shane. Services: 1 p.m. Tuesday in St. John's United Church of Christ, 8065 William Penn Highway, Bethlehem Township. Call Noon-1 p.m. in the church. Burial will be in Farmersville Cemetery. Arrangements are by the Strunk Funeral Home, Inc., Wilson Borough.
