*** Attention all EHS Rams Class of 1989 *** Hey Everyone! Our 20-year reunion is only one week away – where does the time go??? Anyway, get ready!! WE certainly are and would like to extend one last reminder about the events planned, final payment options, and hotel/restaurant/beach location and information. Friday night: Our Friday night informal gathering will be held this Friday (6/12/09) from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm at Cantina Laredo, located at St. Johns Town Center. The address is St. John's Town Center 10282 Bistro Drive Jacksonville, FL 32246 (904) 997-6110. They have excellent food and drinks and the company will be second to none! There will be tables set up in the patio area out front, please go there. Light appetizers will be provided, thanks to our generous sponsors. Beverages to be purchased on an individual tab basis. If you cannot attend the main event Saturday night, please consider coming to the Friday night gathering or Saturday Beach Outing. Hope to see you there! Saturday Beach Outing The Saturday Beach Outing will be on Saturday (6/13) from 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. at Jacksonville Beach, 2 blocks south of the pier. Pack a lunch and bring your family for a fun-filled afternoon! Look for a tent and several multi-colored umbrellas. Water and sodas will be provided. So far, the weather looks promising - should be a gorgeous, sunny weekend in Jacksonville. Main Event Saturday Night Our official class reunion dinner and main event will be held Saturday evening at 6 pm at Maggiano’s Little Italy at St. Johns Town Center. The address is St. John’s Town Center 10367 Midtown Parkway, Jacksonville, FL 32246 (904) 380-4383. The night will start off with cocktails & appetizers, followed by a class photo, blessing & dinner, slideshow, and lots of dancing. Get ready!! Raffle tickets will be given away, with winners & prizes announced later in the evening. It should be a fun, relaxing evening spent with good friends from years past. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Hotel: An information sheet with local hotel information is attached. The closest hotel to both Maggiano’s and Cantina Laredo is Homewood Suites – Town Center. Payment Schedule If you are planning on attending (or considering coming) and have not yet paid, registration and RSVP deadline is this Wednesday June 10th. Please order your ticket(s) today! (or by Wednesday at the very latest). Tickets are $75.00 per person. There will be a $15 per person late fee for alumni and guests registering at the door. If you would like to pay via credit card, go to PayPal.com & send your payment to: payments@ehs89.org Unfortunately, food cannot be guaranteed without a pre-registration so please let us know ASAP if you plan to attend. Tickets at the door will be $90 per person, cash only. A final headcount must be provided to Maggiano’s by Wednesday, June 10th. Again, please let us know ASAP if you will be attending and your method of payment so we will know you are coming and make reservations accordingly.
