About Me	Indra is a health and wellness motivational speaker and influencer and also a training specialist and deliver the smart medical, psychological, soft skills, leadership and management trainings, seminars and workshops held by well-known event organizers and vendors across the country in Indonesia. He is also a certified NLP practitioner. When delivering his speaks, trainings, seminars and workshops, he uses a very interactive approaches using smart and creative presentation materials to make the participants have a life moment experience which make easier for them to implement in their daily work and life. Indra also works as a professional business and product development consultant for ABN Group, a medical devices manufacturer and distributor company which based in Bandung. They have five business units in the group and he is responsible to give contributions on their business and product developments. Every Saturday morning from 09.15 - 10.00 West Indonesian Time, Indra held a live radio talk show on medical subjects as anchor-man for K-Lite 107.1 FM, Bandung Inspiring Sound. This “Healthy Lite” radio talk show is discussing about wide variety of medical issues which frequently become problems or concerns among Indonesian people. He delivers this talk show in easy way to understand, try to avoid using heavy medical terms, and more to practical side of the subjects. To this point Indra has written four books. One titled "SEHAT untuk HEBAT" (Health to be Magnificent), is telling about the most common health conditions which often asked by the patients to their doctors. The other two books are written together with some other distinguish writers, including The Indonesian President, Mr. Joko Widodo, titled "Revolusi Mental” and “Menggulirkan Revolusi Mental". In these two books he wrote a chapter titled “Revolusi Gaya Hidup” (Life Style Revolution). The fourth book is titled “STRES untuk HEBAT” (Stress to be Magnificent), which conveys its reader looking deeper into stress, construing it, take benefit of the stress and generate it to splendid and create a better life. Indra graduated from Padjadjaran University Medical School and as a medical doctor, he always delivers the consultation to his patients with light and simple words in a way which make their medical problem become easier to understand.
