About	Kathleen Mary Kenny Fex, 47, passed away at her home Monday, November 9, 2009, after a brave battle with lung cancer. Katy was born July 4, 1962, in New York, daughter of Elizabeth M. Kenny of Garden City and the late James Michael Kenny. In addition to her mother, Katy is survived by her loving husband of 24 years, David, and daughters, Megan, Bailey, and Bridget, along with 5 siblings. Katy was strongly devoted to her family, as well as her students and fellow teachers. She will be greatly missed by all.
