Favorite School Memory	Everyone - growing up with my classmates and my teachers. Sharing in the hopes and fears, the triumphs and setbacks, and the daily two steps forward and one step back increments toward becoming adults.
About Me	I joined the US State Department in 1979 and have worked on environmental diplomacy since. I am retired from serving as the Agency Environmental Coordinator for the US Agency for International Development - the branch of the US foreign policy that provides economic and social development to over 100 of the world's poorest countries and countries undergoing conflict. I have traveled to over 70 countries in this capacity. In my retirement I am serving pro bono with a mayoral appointment as the Chair of my City's Ethics Commission; and, I work with the University of Pennsylvania's Office of Admissions interviewing applicants who aspire to enter the undergraduate schools. Previously I served as a first responder in the US Air Force Auxiliary as a Captain and pilot in command in a search and rescue squadron in the Maryland Wing.
