As many of you know, every year Jim Worthington hosts the Hatboro-Horsham Alumni Golf Tournament, which benefits the HH Perpetual Scholarship Fund. It is incredibly well received and he does a great job with it. People travel from all around to participate.
In support of the Golf Tournament, we have decided to put together an Alumni Gathering, before the tournament. And what better place to hold it than the place that holds a common bond for many: The Horsham Inn. This is NOT a coat and tie/dress function, it is a casual meeting of old friends in a comfortable setting.
The owner of the Inn has offered us food and drink specials to support our function. The Inn was recently renovated , is more comfortable and is now a smoke-free environment. It is renowned for its great food, inexpensive drinks and friendly staff. Some have said, “It’s the best kept secret in the Philadelphia area.”
In addition, we will have a photographer on site. And to complete the evening, an HH Alum, John McDevitt (‘74) will be playing favorites with his acoustic band: Mixed Company.
Yes, we know it’s a school night...but take some time out of your busy schedule. Enjoy reconnecting with old friends. Come for a cocktail. Come for dinner. Come for both—and maybe some dancing! To paraphrase the Nike ad, “Just Come!”

Some of us have talked about putting a simple reunion together without having to collect money or shell out funds up-front for catering hall deposits, etc., so here's what we've come up with: John McLaughlin is the drummer in a cool band named SixtySixK and he got his band booked at the Elbo on Saturday, Nov. 22nd. The details still need to be worked out, but we're thinking the bar will charge a $15 cover which will include some kind of buffet and the live entertainment, but no open bar. We're thinking of a 7:30 start time, with John's band going on stage at 9:30 p.m. I'm not sure how we'll reach everyone. The best bet is probably to just start circulating an email and/or this website address. Hope everyone is doing well and hope to see you at our 20 year reunion!
