Friday night 8/18/2023 = informal get together at an eating and/or drinking place TBD.
Saturday night 8/19/2023 = casual catered dinner, drinks & eats at the subcommittee-approved, magnificent Cherry Runn Lodge in Homer City. Google it.
Another stellar subcommittee is hard at work negotiating group discount rates at local sleeping establishments that will be shared once obtained.
Committee's goal is to keep the per person price under $50. Kindly light some candles for them, though based on meetings so far, they're a smart and creative bunch and I am optimistic.
The committee decided first contact should be by telephone, but either your phone number was no longer good, or you asked for an email instead. Fine!
As part of first contact, we are determined to update our contact information for you. I clearly have your email address, and likely a phone number, too, but please be so kind as to share your mailing address--for a paper invitation once the dust has settled--and indicate whether it's OK to share all that contact data with the rest of the class in the event the committee decides to print a "book".
