| About Me | I completed college with a bachelor's degree in education, waited tables, got married at 21, worked at The Sam Houston Memorial Museum as a tour guide, exhibit technician, and publicity model for the newspaper and style show, worked at a couple of dress shops, had 2 children, was very active in the Austin Area Quilt Guild, created award winning quilts, started teaching at the age of 29 and have been ever since, got a divorce at 36 and remarried 3 1/2 years ago, traveled to Europe, Las Vegas, Catalina Island, Boston, Nantucket, Plymouth, Salem, Newport, Philadelphia, etc. I've flown over the Grand Canyon in a helicopter, swam with dolphins, barracudas, and whale sharks.
