About Event
Class of 1968 has already started the ball with finding a hotel and assembling a committee for their 50th(2018)... The 1967 class officers have discussed the idea and decided that because the two classes (actually we are also including class of 1969) were so close, that a joint reunion seemed like a bigger party with more old friends to howdy with... Because Lakeside was formed in 1965 with our sophomore class as the senior class, we became the senior class for all 3 years (as you are well aware).. In order to fill the athletics rosters (basketball, football, but also band and some other organizations), early on we tended to group classes together more than larger or older schools would normally... That increased the likelihood of bonding with classmates from other years (outside of normal classroom activities).
