Friday, August 12 Check-In, DoubleTree by Hilton, Newark – 5:00 – 7:00PM
Poolside/Suite Reception – 5:00PM till ??
Saturday, August 13 All Day Event – Swiss Park Picnic Area - 12:00PM – 11:00PM
• Jam Session – All Musicians Welcome – 12:00-3:00PM
• Lunch & Snacks Served by Food Trucks – 12:00-4:00PM
• Car Show in the Parking Lot
• Dinner Served by Local Food Trucks – 5:00-9:00PM
• DJ playing 60’s & 70’s Music – 6:00-10:00PM
• DoubleTree Suite – Open 11:00PM till ??
Sunday, August 14 Remembrance Service – DoubleTree – 10:00AM-12:00PM
