We are working on getting a website up and running. We have done all the calculations and determined the costs. The entire weekend (Friday night banquet and Saturday picnic) will cost $70.00 per person.That includes the Friday night buffet dinner, pop, mixes, beer, entertainment (bring you own liquor and or wine). Also the picnic Saturday starting at noon until dark. The picnic will be catered with chicken, hot dogs, hamburgers, side salads, pop, beer, games, prizes, DJ and raffles. Per Linda (Sharkey) Aleprete Good meeting last night. Thanks to everyone who showed up. We still have things to decide but these are definates... Big party with The Businessmen playing at Kingston Hall, (Wilkins Twp) on Friday August 26th. Starts at 6 over at 12. Picnic the following day at Penn Hills Park (grove, Sycamore) starts at 11 am over about 9pm. The picnic will be catared and incude bee and drinks and we ask anyone who can to please bring chairs, tables, Umbrellas (for the sun). We need a set of bocce balls and we are looking for a volleyball net and ball. If you can bring any of these please let us know. We are working on a hotel deal with Comfort Inn on Rodi Road. We plan to set up a web page soon. Just to give you a headsup.. we are looking for any pictures any of you may have from your Penn Hills school days. Elementary school to Graduation. Once the site is set up we will be asking you to send the pictures in. We also hope to make a "display" which will be playing on a screen throught out the night.
