Bob and I were friends at PHS - I sat behind him in homeroom for years, and when we graduated I walked across the stage at Municipal Auditorium right behind him. Never dreamed that 50 years later we would reconnect and fall in love. We had a wonderful wedding and honeymoon, then flew up to Pensacola for the 50th Anniversary celebration of Class of '59. Over the 13 years we were married, we traveled extensively around the world, yet stayed home long enough to plant a big garden each year. We shared our blended family and even welcomed great grandchilden into the world. Bob was a wonderful husband, father, granddad and great granddad. He never met a stranger, his smile lit up the room. He is loved, and missed every day.
