To call attention to the fact that 22 military veterans with PTSD and other issues commit suicide every day, I have joined one of my sons in performing 22 pull-ups every day and post progress/video on Facebook. I'm thankful to be able to do 22+ pull-ups at a time at my age...The challenge goes out to you to find something you can do to raise awareness and help turn this tragedy around...Everyone's life is precious, and our veterans deserve better treatment and understanding.
