| About Me | Extensively traveled most of the U.S. both on bussiness and pleasure, Spain 5 times as a direct importer of fresh greenhouse vegetables and clementines, Israel again as an importer 4 times, and Costa Rica and Mexico as a fresh produce procurement specialist. Worked in family bussiness (LOUIS FISHGOLD INC. WHOLESALE FRUIT AND VEGETABLES) 1977-1998, lived in Miami briefly 1998, and worked for fresh produce importer MEREX CORP., transferred to NYC IN 1999, worked as a fresh produce broker with MEREX, importing fresh product worldwide and distributing throughout the U.S. Opened Shipping Point Marketing, Phoenix, Az. a new company in 2006, again importing fresh produce and brokering domestic product from all producing areas of the U.S. There are 3 other R-H Alumni in Shipping Point Marketing, Mark Dirrigl(Vice President and shareholder) his brother Bill Dirrigl, and my brother Louis Fishgold.
