Calling all former Shadle Park baseball players, coaches, fans and friends of Coach Brooks. This will be a casual round table event on the field with Coach Brooks.
Coach will be available to answer that question you have always wanted to ask, tell stories from his 38 years as the Head Baseball Coach at Shadle and probably shed a few tears due to the outpouring of support he will have. We will have a group photo at 4:00 so he will have an event keepsake.
Roll will be taken and the class with the most players that show up will be in the starting lineup for a round of beers with Brooksy at 6:00 during the Bash on Ash. This event is free, but we encourage you to stay for the Bash immediately after

The Shadle Class of 1965 (which is, as far as we can tell, the largest graduating class not only for Shadle but for all of Spokane with 851 official graduates) is celebrating their 50th Reunion this August, 2015. We were part of the Baby Boom after WWII & we have seen many changes in our 65+ years of living. One thing has not changed - the work ethic that was instilled in us by our families & our appreciation of our good fortune to be born in this country & in the city of Spokane. Our theme is: "Celebration Time is Here". We are alive, grateful, humbled, & ready to honor those we have lost by living the best lives we can in their memory.
