About Me	Since high school I have: touched an alligator’s tongue, chased a cheetah, stalked a lion, and chilled with a chimp. I’ve witnessed the collapse of a regime, the sorrow of war, and the rise of ships once lost to the storms of history. I’ve negotiated with tribal chiefs, interviewed Centcom commanders, and laughed with displaced children. After high school I: Went west for college. Went east for grad school. And went everywhere else for work. I covered six continents producing television and film for National Geographic, Smithsonian Networks / Showtime, History, and TPI. I served as a national News and Documentary Emmy Judge; and I played a key role in the launch of the Smithsonian Channel for CBS/Showtime. A whirlwind twelve years ago, I was long-listed for the 2000 Olympic Games in the equestrian sport of Eventing.
