About Me	I have had quite a life since high school. I moved to Sioux Falls in 1979. I have worked in public affairs since then, the last 22 years with CNA Surety, the nation's largest publicly traded surety bond company. I led the effort to change the form of Sioux Falls city government in 1994, was elected to 4 terms in the South Dakota legislature and served 4 years as Majority Leader of the House of Representatives. I have served on the Boards of a number of organizations including the University of South Dakota Foundation, Children's Care Foundation, the Boy Scouts and South Dakota Heritage Fund.
