Festivities kick off with the customary informal gathering Friday night at the Beer Tent of Old Home Days on Island Park
July 14, 2018
10 a.m. – Noon Walk down memory lane
Tour of school, including the new gym, new turf football/soccer field, etc. Continue along Main St. to take in all the changes. Visit the Farmers’ Market and see the restored Mill. Wrap up at Garrison Park for a picnic (from the Market purchase)

Buffalo River Cruise:
Travel along the waterway that made Buffalo one of the biggest and richest cities in the world while you... gaze up at the magnificent structures that drove its growth. Hear the stories of Buffalo's scoopers - residents and immigrants alike - who worked the docks and mills, feeding the nation and the city's "Guilded" economy. ($21 per person)
7 p.m. – 10 p.m. Cocktail Party
We are planning cocktails and heavy appetizer stations at Giancarlo’s in the Walker Center on Main St. We would have room to mingle, dance and have access to their patio.
The cost is $55 per person.

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS
• Friday, July 15, 7:00-11:00pm - An informal meet-up in the beer tent at the Old Home Day Festivities on Island Park (behind Town Hall, Main Street). We will meet under the WSHS Class of ’76 reunion banner. Please note: this is NOT a reunion sponsored event but still a lot of fun!
• Saturday, July 16, 2:00-6:00pm at South High School – A catered picnic, school tour and class photo shoot? All included with ticket purchase. Picnic menu includes: beef on weck, buffalo wings, tortellini salad, potato salad, 7 layer dip, artichoke dip, cheese & crackers and non-alcoholic drinks. The picnic will be located on the lawn along Farber Lane just to the left of the band and choir rehearsal rooms. Please park in the parking lot adjacent to the gazebo.
Please note: just like in 1976 NO ALCOHOL or smoking is permitted on school grounds in 2016.

The 40th Reunion Committee has worked very hard to create a memorable and affordable event for everyone. In addition to the items mentioned above as “included” in the ticket price please know that there are some hidden costs such as event insurance and building fee (required by WS High School), chair and table rental and private room rental that are covered in the ticket price.
