Marine Corps, 3 Years
When I was in elementary school and had a career day. I distinctly remembered seeing a parent who was military. I got so excited and was fascinated by the awards on the uniform. The amazing heroic stories you would hear and eventually I ended up doing the same. I joined the Marine Corps 3 days after graduating high school and became a Motor Transport Vehicle operator for 1st light armored reconnaissance battalion.
