Class of 1966
Navy, 20+ Years
Enlisted in the Navy in July 1966, Vietnam 1967, 68 and 69 aboard the USS Alamo and the USS Belle Grove. In 2005 and 2006 went to Iraq as a Navy Seabee with NMCB-22 and NMCB-133. Retired as the Command Masterchief of NMCB-22 in 2010. Great memories and met outstanding comrades. HOORAH!

Navy Reserves, 20+ Years
Served active duty Navy as an Aviation Electronics Technician from 1982 - 1990 homeport at NAS Jacksonville, FL with VP-5 and deployed to Spain, Sicily and Bermuda, then transferred to NAS Barbers Point, HI with VP-6 and deployed to Adak Alaska and Subic Bay Philippines. Then joined the Navy Reserves with VP-91 homeport at NAS Moffett Field, CA and deployed to Puerto Rico and Japan. In 2001, mobilized to Guam and Kauai for force protection (security). Currently still serving in the Navy Reserves as a Chief Petty Officer at NOSC San Jose, CA.

Our Castle High School military alumni are some of the most outstanding people we know and this page recognizes them and everything they have done!
