I spent 10 years on Active duty aboard Submarines. I transferred to the Navy Reserve and finished out my 20. In the last ten years, I have been mobilized twice; for one year in 2001-2002 as a police Officer in California and then again in 2006-2007 for nine months with my Seabee Battalion. We served in Iraq in support of the Marines.
