I flew helicopters in Vietnam (1970) until I got medevaced to Japan, then Valley Forge Hospital after a "BAD GUNFIGHT" in the Mekong Delta. I instructed military helicopter student pilots for 30+ years. Presently I teach Night Vision Device Operations at the Army Aviation School at Ft. Rucker, Alabama. i occasionally make it back to Detroit for a REAL CONEY ISLAND. But...all my friends are....GONE!
