Attended Basic Training and AIT at Fort Sill, OK in May 1987. Served four and a half years as a Howitzer Gunner in Field Artillery. Served over 17 years in the Signal Corps as a Satellite Communications Operator/Maintainer, a Satellite Network Controller, an Army Recruiter, a First Sergeant, and a Logistics Manager. Stationed at Fort Richardson, AK (87-91), Fort Gordon, GA (91-93 and 2001-2002)), Fort Detrick, MD (93-95), Wichita Falls Army Recruiting Station (95-98), Fort Buckner, Okinawa, Japan (98-2001 and 2002-2006), and Fort Huachuca. AZ (2006-2008). Retired as First Sergeant in July 2008.
