SSG Michael W. Hosey served two tours of duty in Iraq and two tours of duty in Afghanistan. He was awarded the Bronze Star Medal, The Meritorious Service Medal and The Purple Heart for his actions in combat.
He died in Afghanistan on September 17, 2011.

Joined in September of 2004. I am a Munitions Systems Technician, basically I play with explosives all day. Was at Lackland and Sheppard for Basic and Tech School and from there got stationed at Pope AFB- Fayetteville,NC for 1 1/2 yrs then got orders to Osan AB, South Korea- where I stayed for a year from there I came to Eglin AFB in beautiful Ft. Walton Beach, FL.
