Robert Alan Beck

Navy, 20+ Years
Served from 26 June 1984 to 31 Jan 2010, 25.5 years. I served three years in London England, two years in Italy and two tours in Greece. Served as Recruit Division Commander in Great Lakes IL transforming over 1000 civilians into sailors. Served on two Ships, U.S.S. Charles F. Adams DDG-2 and U.S.S. Simon Lake AS-33. Graduated from University of Maryland (AA), Columbia College (BAGS) and earned my Masters (MSM) with Troy University. Married 19 years to a wonderful Greek lady and we have one son (17). Retired in Feb 2010 as a Senior Chief Petty Officer and currently living and working in Crete, Greece.
