Class of 1973
Air Force, 8 Years
Served 8.5 years supporting the Titan II ICBM weapon system. Eventually worked my way up to be on the 390 SMW Alternate Battlestaff in Tucson, AZ. unitl I got transfered to the 308th SMW in Little Rock, AR. Thats when I decided I wanted to get out and make some real money. I do not regret my military career as it helped me land a job on Vandenberg AFB in California where I managed a working launch site and satillite processing facitly supporting the Air Force mission .

Navy, 8 Years
Served aboard the USS Lexington AVT-16, from there I went to VT-10. My next duty assignment was the USS Yosemite AD-19, truly enjoyed seeing a bit of the world on that ship.... When I finished at NAS Jacksonville, I went to NAF Detroit to finish up my 8 years. Serving in the military was the best decision of my life! The only picture I had on my computer was this one of myself and my husband when we were both active duty....
