Joined the National Guard in Burlington in April 1970. Attended basic training at Ft Leonard
Word MO and AIT at Ft Gordon GA. Worked full time guard from 1981 to 1989. Guard unit was activated in Jan. 1991 for Desert Storm and spent 5 months in Germany. Retired from the Army Reserve in 1996.
