Three years plus active duty Navy and 7plus years Navy reserves. Stationed NAS (Naval Air Station) Guantanamo Bay, Cuba for 18 months then remainder of active duty served at NAS Key West, FL where my former husband and I brought 2 beautiful baby boys into the world. I remained in the Navy when my 1st son was born but was permitted to get out early due to son #2 being scheduled to arrive 16 months later. When hubby completed his enlistment, we settled in the Sacramento, CA area where I joined the Navy reserves in 1989 and did my drill weekends at Moffett NAS then Alameda NAS where I also did "special" tours of active duty training active duty personnel. My specialty was Aviation supply.
