National Guard, 20+ Years

Served 22 years in the WYNG. In February 2004 we were deployed to Baghdad, Iraq for 12 months. Our total deployment was for 14 months. We trained at Ft. Dix New Jersey prior to going into Kuwait and then into Baghdad. Our Unit served as MPs providing static security for the tier -one leadership of Iraq. I worked as a LNO at the company, battalion and division level.

Army, 20+ Years

Served first as a Corpsman during the Vietnam War. Went to the University of Wyoming and earned a Bachelor's degree in Nursing. Entered the Navy Nurse Corps. Stationed in various places. Transferred to the Army Nurse Corps and was stationed in Germany during Desert Storm. Retired in 1993.
