Lieutenant Colonel Lisa M. Wilson has been serving on active duty in the US Army for 19 yrs and is currently assigned to Kabul, Afghanistan as the Liaison for NATO’s Equipment Donation Program. Prior to her deployment to Afghanistan, LTC Wilson served as the Military Assistant for the Deputy Chief of Staff Transformation, a three-star US Air Force General in Norfolk, Virginia, from February 15, 2006 until April 10, 2008.
LTC Wilson was born in Clarksville, Tennessee and later relocated to Fayetteville, North Carolina. Attended Reid Ross High School and graduated in 1985. She was commissioned a Second Lieutenant through the Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC) program upon graduation from Campbell University where she holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Public Administration. She also holds a Masters of Science degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Central Texas.
LTC Wilson’s military education includes: graduation from the Quartermaster’s Officer’s Basic Course, Combined Logistics Officer’s Advanced Course, the Combined Armed Services Staff School, the Recruiting Company Commander’s Course, the Support Operations Course, the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College, and the JPME II Course at Joint Forces Staff College.

As a warranted contracting officer Terry is authorized to obligate government funds for various supplies, services or construction contracts. MSgt White holds the highest level certification for contracting officers (Level III). Terry is currently the Superintendent for the Infrastructure Acquisitions Flight and frequently serves as Interim Squadron Superintendent, and Squadron First Sergeant. Prior to his assignment to Kadena, Terry was stationed at Tyndall AFB FL where he held the position of NCOIC Base Support and Infrastructure Flight, NCOIC of Base Support Acquisitions, and NCOIC of Plans and Programs flights. Terry has been in the contracting career field for 5 years.
Born in Pittsburgh PA, The son of a US Army officer, Terry has lived all over the United States, finally settling down in Fayetteville NC. Attended Reid Ross HS and graduated in 1985.
Terry has served in two other career fields in his Air Force Career. Upon enlistment in
1989, Terry entered active duty as a Fire Protection Specialist where he held the position
of lead hand-line, driver operator of various crash and fire rescue vehicles, rescue
crew team member, crew chief, NCOIC of fire extinguisher maintenance, NCOIC of Fire
Alarm Communications, and Station Chief. Assignments as a firefighter were RAF
Upper Heyford United Kingdom, March AFB CA, and Pope AFB NC. After 5 years in
Fire Protection Terry decided to retrain into the Education and Training Career field. He
held the position of NCOIC of Instructional Systems Design, and NCOIC of Squadron
Training. Assignments as a Training Manager were Charleston AFB SC.
Education: Terry has a BS in Workforce Education and Training Development from
Southern Illinois University (Carbondale), and holds 3 Community College of the Air
Force Degrees.

Officer Academy (Non-Residence), Tyndall Air Force Base FL., Senior Enlisted Joint

Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom, Qatar in support of Operation
